Sleep deprivation
Sleeping is the best cure for so many problems including depression, anxiety, and stress. A good sleep can give you a very sound and healthy state of mind. Doctors recommend an eight-hour sleep to adults. The sleep time matters too. Choose the right place for sleeping where you can have minimum distractions and have a good sleep. Choose a rather dark and sound free room to sleep. Make sure you have the normal temperature of the room too.
